If you submit a contact or assessment request form, we receive the information you provide (such as name, company, business email, interest area, and message) via our form delivery provider (currently FormSubmit) to respond to your inquiry. That information is treated as a legitimate business enquiry, not as covert tracking.
Standard hosting logs and anti-abuse checks (e.g. honeypot, rate limits) may process request metadata to protect the site. We do not sell personal data.
GA4 retention follows the property settings in Google Analytics (configure to the minimum needed, typically 2–14 months). Contact emails are retained as needed to handle your request and ordinary business correspondence.
Site owners may use Google Search Console for search performance (queries, clicks, impressions). That is a webmaster tool, not visitor surveillance.
Google (Analytics / Search Console), FormSubmit (form delivery), and Firebase Hosting may process data under their respective terms when those services are used.
